plans to start selling stained glass supplies

I have been interested in the craft of preparing stained glass supplies for more than 6 months now. However that interest has been primarily academic in nature. However after studying the market for all this time, I have finally made up my mind to get into the business of preparing and selling stained glass supplies.

Challenges in getting into stained glass supplies business

1. One of the most difficult problem in setting up a stained glass business is the amount of capital required. Need to set up a factory to prepare the stained glass items, a store front to make the sales and then need to get the supplies to create the items.
2. Getting enough motivated employees to prepare  stained glass patterns that people will buy and then even more employees to convert those patterns into real products. Unfortunately most of the students tend to get burnt out within 3-6 months from the time they start working.
3. Business of stained glass supplies is dependent on personal comfort factor to a large extent and as a result it is not exactly scalable. Most entrepreneurs are limited to only a couple of stores. If I have to realize my plans for this business then I shall have to create 100s of stores.

In all my previous businesses, problems like this are what gave me the drive required to go through the grind of the initial years and I am confident that this time will be no different. Let me know if you are planning to buy some stained glass items.
